摘要 Frailty 模型和可加故障模型在 研究各种风险因素与疾病发生原因的关系中提供了两种重要的方法. 在不知哪个模型更适合数据时, 涵盖 这两个模型的成比例附加故障模型提供了一个备选模型. Frailty 基本上是观察不到的, 需要考虑 对应的混合模型. 本文研究了成比例附加故障混合模型的年龄性质、相依性质. 并对该模型中的那些随机变量进行了随机比较.

Abstract: Frailty model and additive hazard model provide two important methods for studying the association between various risk factors and the cause of disease. When it is less obviously to see which of the frailty model and the additive model gives a better fit to the data, the proportional excess hazard model, combing additive and frailty models, provide an alternative model. The frailty is considered basically unobservable and hence one need to consider the corresponding mixture model. Ageing properties and dependence properties of of mixed proportional excess hazards model are studied. Some stochastic comparisons relating to those random variables of this model are also presented.
